Logistics & Shipping Information

All products for sale are shipped directly from the KINGSONG factory in China. Our shipping range includes the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO, EPO, DPO addresses), Canada, Australia, the EU, and many other countries worldwide.

Standard Shipping Policy

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $399.99.

  • Orders under $400 are subject to a $30 shipping fee.

Important Shipping Notice

Due to the lithium batteries contained in electric unicycles and electric scooters, these items cannot be shipped via air freight. We arrange fast shipment by sea and other methods.

Currently, we have a large inventory of electric unicycles and electric scooters being shipped to our US warehouses by sea. This allows us to significantly reduce shipping times to 3–7 business days for customers in the United States.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 days after placement, following thorough inspection by our engineers.

  • You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your parcel has shipped.

  • For shipments directly from China, delivery typically takes 30 to 60 calendar days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, weather, and other uncontrollable factors.

  • For customers in the US who order from our local warehouse stock, delivery is expected within 3–7 business days.
