Job responsibilities

1. Develop customers
-Execute the sales plan issued by the superiors according to the company’s existing business methods and product types, looking for target customers, expanding business and promoting products;
-Regularly report to superiors on customer development, operational performance completion, customer development visits and customer business development, and submit data reports to superiors on time;
-Feedback market information and product information of business process to superiors in time;

2. Negotiate and follow up orders
-Responsible for order negotiation, signing, assisting follow up orders for order execution, collection, after-sales full service process;
-To deal with the submission of the contract offer of the customers served, to assist in the completion of the company’s internal wind control as well as the organization of the contract review process;
-Handle emergencies in business order execution, maintain customer relations, internal communication and coordination;
-Timely follow up on the customer’s payment back, and carry out effective payment follow up;

3.Maintain customer relationship
-Understand and explore customer needs, and follow up on customer development;
-Regularly visit customers and establish smooth customer communication channels;
-Visit important customers, timely understanding of customer needs and business situation and propose some special solutions to customers;
-To deal with customer complaints in a timely manner, find out the reasons and analyze, find out the countermeasures, do a good job of customer communication and coordination, and do a good job of updating the customer directory, establish long-term, good and solid customer relations and improve customer satisfaction;

Qualifications

  1. Educational background: college degree or above
  2. Years of work experience: more than 3 grades of work experience in the same functional area, 1 year and more experience in this job
  3. Professional knowledge and skills: have a certain understanding of the car industry, have the working experience of manufacturing enterprises, familiar with the whole process of international trade, with marketing, international economic trade, business negotiations and other knowledge
  4. Computer requirements: skilled
  5. Language requirements: fluent in English listening, reading and writing

Overseas Sales Manager

Job responsibilities

  1. Development and implementation of marketing and pricing strategies
  • Complete the department’s marketing strategy and pricing strategy together with the marketing director;
  • Timely analyze customer demand, understand competitors’ situation, conduct market research, and analyze the actual profitability of current orders in order to develop and adjust the business standard offer;
    Regularly report to superiors on the implementation of marketing and pricing efforts;

2. Business group and key account management

  • Maintain the company’s core customers to ensure the stability and continuity of core customer orders;
  • Following up major business projects to ensure the smooth order taking and execution of the projects;
  • Supervise and control the implementation process of the sales plan of the business group, and take full responsibility for the sales target of the business group under his/her leadership;

3. External Communication

  • Assist in establishing smooth communication channels between the department and other departments of the company;
  • Participate in the social public relations activities of the company related to this department, establish smooth communication channels with customers, partners, media, and establish a good corporate image of the company;

4. Departmental Administration

  • Assist the business director in the daily management of the department;
  • Prepare the marketing center accounts receivable recovery plan, timely grasp of the progress of the recovery of receivables, accounts receivable early warning, supervise the marketing staff to collect the payment;.

5. Team Building

  • Assist the director in hiring and evaluating talents in the department;
  • Assist in establishing good communication channels within the team and coordinating the relationship between functions within the department;
  • Creating a team culture, shaping and reinforcing company values;
  • Assist the director in the development and implementation of training programs for the improvement of the team’s professionalism and personal competence;

Overseas Sales Director

Job responsibilities

1.Develop and implement departmental development strategies

  • Lead the development of the company’s marketing strategy, customer development strategy, timely grasp of market dynamics and product trends and adjust according to changes in the internal and external environment;
  • Submit comments and suggestions on the company’s product strategy and pricing strategy;
  • Lead the team to expand the market and explore customers according to the established development strategy;

2. Develop and execute sales plan

  • Organize the formulation, modification and implementation of the department’s annual sales plan according to the annual business objectives issued by the superior;
  • Regularly report to the superior on the implementation of the sales plan, market changes, and the progress of the business;
  • Supervise and control the implementation process of the sales plan and take full responsibility for the results;

3. External communication

  • Establish smooth communication channels with other departments of the company and subsidiaries;
  • Participate in the social public relations activities of the company related to this department, establish smooth communication channels with customers, partners, media, and establish a good corporate image of the company;

4. Departmental Administration

  • Preside over the daily management of the department; preside over the team meeting and make decisions on important matters;
  • Responsible for dealing with major emergencies in the department and report to superiors in a timely manner;
  • Promote the implementation of the company’s key management processes and regulations in the department;
  • Comply with the company’s financial management system for annual expense budget, expense review and expense control;

5. Team building

  • Comply with the company’s personnel management system for talent recruitment and assessment;
  • Establishing good communication channels within the team and coordinating the relationship between various functions within the department;
